General appearance of the console and handling:
It is a purely Chinese products: the same plastic, the same forms, the same buttons as those found on the G18. Unlike them more responsive to me because they are harder, so they 'feel' better.
It is the same size as my PSP2000, same for the screen. The grip is good, I just have a little trouble with the left trigger, I must place my hands very differently in order to press it if the finger is bent.
The speaker is located at the back of the console, so you end up sometimes with his mask, but is beginning to get used to since the Caanoo. The sound is better with the headphones in my opinion.
There are the features of the G18: camera, including g-sensor. Nothing to say it, but do not expect works of art with the camera lol
The screen:
I do not know if the resolution due to the size of the screen, but I find it less 'net' than the G18 and it is recurring product JXD I think. It lacks a little finesse, but old-school games that will be frankly not.
The touchscreen is multitouch, it is resistive but responds better than the G18. Be careful, you will not have the answer for an Iphone, but it's not too bad.
The stylus is less useful than the G18 except for very small text and icons including web browsers.
I also find it a little more bland than the others, but you get done.
(When you play in 3DS before, it sure hurts to eyes lol )
Commands and controls:
There are as I said the same buttons as the G18, but I repeat myself by saying that they seem more responsive, they 'click' better.
Finally solved it seems the problem of combos. I tested the PSX and N64 and no problems, we're going to have fun as they should.
It takes a little getting used to in order to get to the front of the console, but in fact I find it much more convenient than the top or bottom of the console: no need to watch where you click, or change the console tilt was all under the eyes.
The Analog stick works like the G18.
Emulation and games:
Here, no surprise, they are the same emulators and the same games as other consoles android. Nothing special in that direction.
I have the console with rooter easily Unlock Root.
The market can then be installed and go.
Conclusion:
Those who already have the G18 will have little interest in the console except it is a little smaller and the screen responds a little better. But is it really useful for old-school games I do not think so.
The big advantage is that orders merdouillent not, but the future update of the G18 should hopefully fix it.
I do not know if JXD out regularly SHIFT to consoles, but their site suggests that they follow their products.
Those who do not have consoles Android and want to play old-school games will not be disappointed anyway.
